Position Overview

The Senior Data & AI Lead for Resilience Assurance is a pioneering role tasked with integrating real-time analytics and autonomous AI capabilities within the company’s assurance structure. This position shifts assurance from conventional compliance checks to continuous intelligent validation of policies and standards, aimed at strengthening organizational resilience amid changing risk landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer AI-driven platforms that provide uninterrupted validation of compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulations.
• Create predictive models to identify and forecast risks to compliance and resilience, including potential vulnerabilities before they arise.
• Implement agentic AI systems to autonomously simulate resilience scenarios, monitor controls, and suggest real-time corrective measures.
• Revamp traditional compliance audits into continuous, data-informed processes utilizing anomaly detection, automated reporting, and forecasting insights.
• Utilize AI-powered benchmarking tools to assess and project the maturity of the organization's resilience capabilities.
• Apply intelligent AI assessments to analyze system architectures for alignment with resilience, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Deploy AI frameworks that enable immediate validation of control measures, enhancing accuracy while reducing manual workload.
• Provide strategic guidance by translating complex AI and analytics outputs into practical recommendations for executive, regulatory, and operational stakeholders.
• Lead innovation planning for embedding AI innovations within assurance activities over a 3 to 5-year horizon to maintain industry leadership in intelligent compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in data analytics including big data platforms, machine learning algorithms, and visualization tools such as Python, Spark, Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Strong expertise in large language models (LLMs), including their integration, prompt engineering, and utilization with technologies like OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Demonstrated leadership in deploying agentic AI, autonomous monitoring frameworks, and AI-driven compliance applications.
• Knowledge of resilience and compliance frameworks such as ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 along with related regulatory environments.
• Technical background in IT architecture, cloud computing environments, and engineering for resilience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence senior leadership through impactful, data-driven storytelling.
• Advanced certifications in AI/ML are highly regarded.
