Senior Clinical Research Associate

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves onsite monitoring across phase II, III, and IV clinical studies with active participation in study visits, including Site Initiation Visits (SIVs), Monitoring Visits (MVs), and Close-Out Visits (CVs). The position requires close collaboration with the Project Manager to support daily operations and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite monitoring for clinical trials at various phases (II/III/IV), including essential visits such as SIVs, MVs, and CVs.
• Support the Project Manager in managing the day-to-day clinical trial activities efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in onsite clinical monitoring.
• Proficient knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and Schedule Y regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clinical sites and internal teams.
• Graduation degree required.
