The company’s long-term vision is to build a highly connected café network with outlets placed roughly every 3–4 kilometers, while expanding to 1,000 locations across India within the next five years. Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Vadodara for a Senior Barista. The role involves managing day-to-day café operations, preparing premium coffee and other beverages, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You will also support stock tracking, keep the workspace clean and organized, help guide junior colleagues, and maintain the company’s service and quality expectations to deliver a consistently strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ability in barista work and basic food preparation methods
• Good communication and people skills for effective interaction with guests and teammates
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality
• Prior leadership exposure, including helping train or mentor junior staff
• Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to hygiene and operational order
• Previous experience in a café or food service setting is preferred
• Comfort working in a busy, on-site, fast-moving environment
