Role Overview
This role involves operational responsibilities centered on managing daily sales support functions. The employee will work under guidance when necessary to ensure high-quality results.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Engineering
- Experience ranging from 0 to 4 years
Primary Duties
- Support the order booking operational process.
- Monitor the Contract Notification Tab regularly.
- Reserve all orders assigned to specific Account Managers.
- Ensure all orders receive approval within 48 hours of package validation entry.
- Record all Name Change Requests within Tiger and SFDC systems.
- Create disconnection orders within 24 hours upon receiving requests from Collections or Credit teams and ensure immediate processing of these orders.
