Scrum Master - Arabic Speakers

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master proficient in Agile methodologies and fluent in Arabic to guide and empower scrum teams. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials and over a decade of practical experience in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the scrum team by implementing Agile principles and scrum practices effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the product owner and development teams to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Promote self-organization within scrum and development teams.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles impeding team progress; coach the team on obstacle resolution.
• Advise scrum and development teams to address shortcomings within the Agile framework.
• Manage and resolve conflicts and other issues arising during the process.
• Drive the maturity level of scrum practices within the team.
• Support and educate the product owner as necessary.
• Provide timely updates on sprint progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate retrospectives after the completion of each sprint cycle.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) qualification.
• At least 10 years of experience relevant to Agile practices and Scrum framework.
• In-depth knowledge of techniques to address gaps within scrum processes.
• Capability to distinguish authentic scrum practices from non-scrum actions.
• Proven experience applying successful Agile techniques.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Adaptable to dynamic and changing work environments.
