Role Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is looking to hire an SAP HCM professional for its Kolkata location. This position is suited to candidates with solid hands-on experience in SAP HR / HCM, especially those who have worked on implementation and S/4HANA migration assignments.
Experience Requirements
The role calls for 4 to 12 years of overall experience. Candidates should have more than 3 years of experience specifically in SAP-HR and must have been part of at least one SAP implementation and one S/4HANA migration project. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Work Areas
- Prepare project documentation such as AS-IS process documents, blueprint papers, test cases with results, and end-user manuals.
- Work on configuration activities across SAP HCM modules.
- Support developers by providing direction for customisation requirements.
- Contribute to SAP HCM on HANA (H4S4) and SAP payroll implementations.
- Handle Fiori elements and understand how they connect with the HCM module.
- Use basic debugging skills for both standard and custom SAP ABAP programs.
- Lead customer discussions and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
