Role Overview

We are expanding our team with passionate professionals who thrive in retail, product development, and innovative environments. The Sample Coordinator will be essential to managing the flow and accessibility of product samples across departments, supporting various teams such as Design, Product Development, Sales, and Operations. This hands-on, active role requires physical stamina and organizational expertise to maintain smooth operations within our office and showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept, unpack, organize, and catalog physical product samples across several categories.
• Prepare and coordinate samples for meetings, presentations, line reviews, and showroom appointments.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and sample transfers, involving lifting and moving boxes.
• Ensure sample rooms, storage, and showroom spaces are orderly, accessible, and efficient.
• Monitor sample inventory including usage, location, and status across departments.
• Provide support for general office and showroom operations such as supply management, preparing meetings, visitor assistance, and other daily activities.
• Help maintain accurate documentation and processes concerning sample management and inventory.

• Effective communication capabilities and basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout the workday.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Interest in home décor, design, consumer products, or retail is advantageous.
