Baazeem Trading Company seeks seasoned Sales Representatives to enhance our Sales team, focusing on management of outstation areas.

Accomplish assigned goals related to sales, distribution, collections, and market coverage.
Oversee and grow the customer base within the designated territory.
Guarantee comprehensive market coverage through consistent visits to customers.
Expand current accounts and seek new customer acquisition possibilities.
Maintain robust relationships with customers, ensuring superior service quality.
Keep track of product availability, visibility, pricing, and monitor competitor activities within the market.
Effectively implement sales strategies, promotions, and company-driven initiatives.
Ensure punctual collection of payments and diligent follow-up on customer accounts.
Compile and deliver routine sales and market analysis reports.

At least 5 years’ experience in sales within the FMCG sector.
Experienced across multiple sales channels including Traditional Trade, Wholesale, Modern Trade, and Key Accounts.
Preferably familiar with managing outstation territories.
Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution models, route-to-market strategies, customer coverage, and sales execution techniques.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
Capability to operate independently while covering a geographically spread-out territory.
Familiarity with sales management software like Sales Buzz or C-Store is a plus.
Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is required.
