Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Attraction Partner to join a dynamic Sales Recruiting team focused on the DACH markets. This 12-month contract position is based in Dublin, Ireland, operating in a hybrid model requiring onsite presence three days per week. The role blends practical talent sourcing with recruitment analytics, market insights, and operational excellence to secure leading GTM and Sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Leverage expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Talent Sourcing to identify and engage suitable candidates.
• Recruit effectively for GTM, Sales, and Technology roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain a high level of candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize recruiting software, CRM/ATS platforms, Excel, and reporting tools such as Tableau to support recruitment operations and data analysis.

Qualifications and Preferences

• Experience in recruiting within the DACH region and knowledge of the German market is advantageous.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with excellent communication skills.
• A data-driven approach to recruitment, emphasizing metrics and insights.
• Background in GTM and Technology recruitment encouraged.
