About the Company
Jayraj Fire & Security Systems, based in Bengaluru, is seeking an experienced professional to lead their sales and marketing functions focused on institutional and corporate clients within the fire and security industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives targeting institutional and corporate sectors.
- Spot and capitalize on new business prospects.
- Forge and maintain strong client partnerships.
- Manage client requirements to ensure prompt project completion.
- Assist management in meeting overall sales targets and revenue objectives.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, ideally within institutional or B2B markets.
- Demonstrate leadership skills to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹55,000.
