Role Overview
This full-time on-site Sales Manager position is based in the Doha Metropolitan Area. The individual in this role will direct sales operations focused on the construction and interior fit-out markets. Central duties include developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating and sustaining relationships with principal clients, and spotting new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales plans tailored to industry sectors.
- Create and deliver proposals to prospective and current clients.
- Coordinate activities with project teams and finance departments to ensure project alignment.
- Observe and analyze market trends to sustain competitive positioning.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue projections, and report performance metrics methodically.
- Maintain excellent customer relations with timely and professional communication.
- Collaborate closely with company leadership to align sales initiatives with organizational goals and growth plans.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven background in sales management, business development, or account management, preferably within construction, interiors, or similar sectors.
- Strong capabilities in client relationship management, negotiation, and deal closure, managing multiple stakeholders and complex contracts efficiently.
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline oversight, reporting, and CRM tools coupled with basic analytical skills.
- Fluent English communication and presentation abilities; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively on-site with cross-functional teams including project management, engineering, and finance to ensure successful delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines; professional certifications in sales or project management are desirable.
- Organized, deadline-oriented, results-focused with solid time-management skills.
- Understanding of Qatar and GCC market conditions and standards in the construction and fit-out domains.
