Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to understand the unique preferences of each customer and present customized solutions that help them select the perfect new or pre-owned Porsche vehicle to suit their lifestyle. You will deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service to assist with inquiries and the ordering process, fostering enduring customer relationships. Your role will encompass everything from financing discussions to contract management, ensuring complete customer satisfaction, meeting sales objectives, and contributing to the overall success of the Porsche Centre.

Responsibilities

Inform customers about vehicle options, specifications, and available financing plans
Perform product demonstrations and facilitate test drives
Guide buyers through every stage of the sales journey from initial interest to vehicle handover
Negotiate pricing and terms to meet the Centre’s sales targets
Identify new business opportunities via networking, referrals, and CRM data analysis
Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accuracy for ongoing and potential clientele
Stay in touch with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage lifelong brand loyalty
Keep current with automotive industry developments, vehicle models, and emerging technologies
Participate in regular training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid full Drivers Licence held for at least two years (insurance criteria)
Previous experience in either automotive or retail sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities
Competent using CRM platforms and dealership management software
Good proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of financing and leasing processes
Experience working within a large franchised automotive dealership environment
Background in luxury vehicle sales

The Porsche Centre East London is conveniently positioned opposite Gallions Overground Station (DLR) and near Custom House (Elizabeth Line) with free onsite parking. The Centre is also a short walk from amenities such as Co-op, Starbucks, and multi-use sports facilities.
