We have rapidly expanded our workforce in the past year and are now seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our sales funnel across the Americas.

With capabilities to create customized layouts instantaneously, laiout also provides insights on cost, carbon footprint, and space utilization. We are an Oslo-based organization with a diverse international team composed of architects, physicists, and engineers, supported by top investors, and serving prominent global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound prospecting by researching potential accounts and identifying relevant contacts, using email, LinkedIn, calls, and other innovative outreach methods.
• Qualify leads effectively to ensure alignment with laiout’s offerings through thorough research and direct interactions.
• Schedule qualified meetings and generate business opportunities for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM by tracking activities, updating statuses, and managing prospect information.
• Achieve set weekly and monthly targets related to outreach and meeting generation.
• Collaborate closely with commercial teams in the U.S., Europe, and APAC to coordinate efforts.
• Develop comprehensive market knowledge, particularly around commercial real estate, workplace strategy, architecture, and the role of laiout in accelerating workflows.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting, preferably within SaaS or startups.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a willingness to engage frequently in calls.
• Passionate about outbound sales and enthusiastic about presenting laiout’s solutions to potential clients.
• Highly organized, dependable, and consistent in executing tasks.
• Resilient with a drive to meet targets, accept feedback, and pursue continuous self-improvement.
• Background or interest in real estate, proptech, workplace solutions, architecture, or design & build is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Motivated by the intersection of technology, design, and commercial real estate industries.
