Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator position is a fully remote, full-time role tasked with supporting the sales team through the coordination of daily operations and ensuring efficient completion of sales activities. Responsibilities include organizing sales workflows, maintaining schedules, preparing sales reports, and ensuring data accuracy within CRM and related systems. The role requires collaboration with sales personnel to follow leads, monitor opportunities, and provide prompt communication with both potential and current customers. Additional duties encompass managing customer inquiries, assisting with onboarding processes, and partnering with internal departments to enhance sales procedures and the overall customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Engagement with social media content by commenting and following accounts.
- Solid experience in sales coordination and operational tasks such as pipeline management, schedule organization, and documentation upkeep.
- Strong customer service aptitude coupled with effective communication skills for inquiry handling and relationship support.
- Basic knowledge of sales methodologies and processes to adequately assist the sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, accurate data entry, and fundamental reporting and data analysis capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational aptitude, attention to detail, and competence in juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Adaptability to remote, technology-centric work environments and collaboration with distributed teams.
- Previous involvement in SaaS, artificial intelligence, fintech, HR technology, educational technology, or health technology sectors is beneficial.
- Educational background in business, marketing, or similar fields, or equivalent hands-on experience.
