  • Coordinate activities with IIQ administrators, developers, QA teams, database administrators, change managers, and architects ensuring smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
  • Validate essential IIQ processes such as identity refresh, lifecycle events, access requests, approvals, provisioning, certifications, scheduled tasks, and regression testing scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation including run books, import procedures, deviation logs, and environment readiness notes.
  • Adhere to strict change management protocols ensuring backup, rollback, validation, and sign-off procedures are followed for all changes.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with deep hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • At least 4 years of experience specifically in IIQ development, configuration, implementation, or production support roles.
  • Proficient knowledge of IIQ components such as Rules, Workflows, Forms, Quick Links, Tasks, Certification processes, Lifecycle Events, Identity Triggers, Custom Objects, and Configuration objects.
  • Experience in executing IIQ export/import functions, XML configuration management, deployments, and environment migrations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IIQ application onboarding including aggregation, correlation, provisioning workflows, access requests, approvals, and certifications.
  • Capability to analyze and remediate configuration drift across multiple environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting acumen for issues involving IIQ task failures, workflow and rule defects, provisioning errors, and import/export failures.
  • Familiar with Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC connectors, and directory services integrations.
