Position Overview

The Housekeeper is tasked with upholding the highest cleanliness standards within all guest rooms. This role requires strict adherence to safety procedures concerning passkeys, guestroom access, and vigilance regarding suspicious activity. Detail orientation and commitment to exemplary quality are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Clean rooms thoroughly to exceed established hotel and company standards.
• Manage care and use of uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate with team members regarding the status of cleaned rooms.
• Address guest concerns promptly and courteously.
• Ensure cleanliness of all public areas.
• Report any safety hazards, emergencies, or security concerns to management immediately.
