Role Overview

As a Room Attendant, your focus will be on maintaining impeccable cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms to enhance the overall guest experience. Your work will directly contribute to the memorable stays enjoyed by guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and organize guest rooms thoroughly, including bed-making, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing room supplies.
• Identify and report any maintenance concerns or damages promptly.
• Adhere strictly to hotel cleanliness standards and procedures in all assigned areas.
• Manage inventory levels of guest amenities such as toiletries, linens, and towels by restocking as necessary.
• Deliver excellent service by responding promptly and courteously to guest requests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of one-year experience in housekeeping roles.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays in alignment with departmental needs.
• Experience working in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate bilingually is an asset.

Compensation

The position is full-time year-round, non-exempt, with a targeted hourly wage of $18.00.
