This position is focused on creating an excellent guest experience by making sure bedrooms are cleaned, maintained, and presented to a very high standard. It is a practical, hands-on housekeeping role where attention to detail, speed, and pride in the work help deliver a memorable level of cleanliness and consistently exceed guest expectations.

Key duties

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors to outstanding hygiene and presentation standards.
• Restock guest amenities, linen, and other supplies, and handle guest requests quickly and positively.
• Keep the housekeeping trolley tidy, organised, and fully prepared for the shift.
• Report maintenance concerns, damage, or missing items to the leadership team without delay.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH requirements when using chemicals and equipment.
