Role Summary
We are looking for a Reward Specialist with strong analytical skills and commercial insight to support and enhance Everway's global compensation and benefits programs. The role involves working within existing reward frameworks to collaborate with People, Finance, and business teams, ensuring that our reward strategies remain competitive, fair, and compliant worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation and benefits data for cyclical activities such as annual salary and bonus reviews
- Develop modeling and scenarios to assist in compensation planning, budgeting, and decision-making
- Support compensation programs related to base salary, bonuses, and incentives to aid attraction and retention
- Interpret reward data to detect trends, risks, or imbalances and provide actionable insights
- Track and analyze budgets involved in compensation and benefits initiatives
- Conduct regular market benchmarking of salaries and total compensation packages across all locations
- Maintain salary benchmarks and ranges aligned with market trends, internal frameworks, and pay transparency standards
- Assist in managing the job architecture framework ensuring equitable grading and salary structures
- Evaluate employee benefits through market research, utilization metrics, and cost assessments
- Ensure compliance with legislation and internal governance related to reward programs
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate to communicate reward programs clearly with data-driven perspectives
- Contribute to projects and initiatives designed to improve reward processes and outcomes
- Identify and support automation and efficiency improvements in reward operations
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or a similar specialist role
- Proficiency in compensation data analysis, salary benchmarking, reward modeling, and frameworks
- Experience with job architecture, grading, or evaluation systems
- Strong analytical capabilities and skill in interpreting complex datasets
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
- Understanding of compensation governance, benefits policies, and global pay transparency legislation
- Excellent multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Attributes
- Exposure to global or multi-jurisdictional reward programs
- Background in SaaS, technology, or fast-growing international firms
- Experience with benefits benchmarking and harmonization efforts
- Involvement in automation or system enhancement projects related to rewards or People functions
- Residency in Northern Ireland with the ability to work from Antrim office 1-2 days per week
