Role Overview

As a Reverse Logistics Representative, you will collaborate with our international team to coordinate the retrieval and return of used Tive devices for refurbishment and reuse. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who takes pride in high-quality outcomes and thrives in a fast-moving environment, contributing significantly to building a strong company and team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify locations with significant quantities of used devices, conduct investigations, and catalog these to generate actionable return leads for Reverse Logistics efforts.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to onboard customers onto the returns program.
  • Enhance internal data quality to highlight customers successfully engaging with the returns process.
  • Maintain strong relationships and provide support to a global, cross-time-zone team including remote colleagues.
  • Innovate and execute efficiency improvements within a rapidly expanding department.
  • This role operates on a hybrid model, combining remote work with time spent in the Pristina office.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Holds a technical or university degree, or has equivalent relevant experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics combined with backgrounds in customer success, account management, or sales development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with eagerness to learn and improve continuously.
  • Effective prioritization, multitasking skills, and productive time management.
  • Patience, empathy, and persistence in dealing with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and consistent adherence to schedules.
  • Demonstrates diligence, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering quality consistently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, NetSuite, and other ERP systems is advantageous.

Additional Information

The standard working hours for this position are from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Central European Time (CET).
