Retail Store Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Store Trainer full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in educating store staff about products, sales techniques, customer service, store operations, and food safety to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on product knowledge covering all categories, explaining features, benefits, certifications, and common customer questions.
• Educate teams on principles of chemical-free farming and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
• Develop staff skills in sales and upselling to boost average transaction values and customer conversion rates.
• Coach employees on effective techniques to manage customer objections and improve sales outcomes.
• Train staff in professional customer interaction, greeting practices, complaint resolution, and fostering loyalty.
• Provide instruction on standard operating procedures including billing, POS usage, inventory and stock management, returns and exchanges, store opening and closing, and cash handling protocols.
• Deliver training related to Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines covering product storage, FIFO implementation, hygiene standards, and food safety compliance.
• Develop and update training materials such as SOP manuals, presentations, videos, and quizzes to align with new product introductions and changes in procedures.

Compensation and Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20000 to 35000 INR and is based onsite in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
