Educational and Experience Requirements

Candidates must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have between one to two years of relevant experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Recruit, train or arrange for appropriate training of staff members.
• Manage merchandise ordering processes.
• Develop and implement staff work schedules.
• Engage actively in merchandise sales.
• Resolve various issues including customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain shortages.
• Maintain and organize inventory systematically.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks.
