Educational and Experience Requirements
Candidates must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have between one to two years of relevant experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruit, train or arrange for appropriate training of staff members.
- Manage merchandise ordering processes.
- Develop and implement staff work schedules.
- Engage actively in merchandise sales.
- Resolve various issues including customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain shortages.
- Maintain and organize inventory systematically.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks.
