Role and Opportunity
As a Retail Store Coordinator, you will contribute to our store operations by engaging with customers, handling merchandise, and supporting a high-quality customer service culture. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced retail environments focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain operational standards that ensure excellent customer service and clear communication of updates and changes.
- Collaborate with management to plan, prioritize, and direct associate tasks effectively.
- Train and develop associates on merchandise presentation and customer service practices.
- Enhance the shopping experience by managing timely merchandise movement and keeping the sales floor visually appealing according to brand standards.
- Create impactful and inspirational displays that support the store's fashion, brand, and value goals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or customer service.
- Completion of high school or equivalent education/experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills to anticipate and address customer and associate needs with expertise in register operations.
- Capability to organize and maintain warehouse settings efficiently.
Additional Information

Compensation and Location
The position is located at CAN Winners Store 0436, 9600 93rd Avenue Unit 3030, Fort St. John, BC. The hourly wage is expected to be between $20.25 and $25.31, with actual pay depending on experience, skills, and local market conditions.
