About the Role
Nike Kildare is searching for a Retail Lead to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering outstanding consumer service and maintaining a premium brand experience. Your focus will be on coordinating, coaching, and inspiring team members within your area, while fostering a positive working environment. You will be involved in managing daily operations to meet sales goals, encompassing digital services, visual merchandising, the sales floor, and promotional activities. Working closely with store leadership, you will help identify and resolve challenges and represent Nike’s brand values.
Key Duties
- Provide leadership in specific business areas while supporting other functions as needed.
- For Commercial: Ensure efficient product receiving, maintain accurate inventory and visual presentation standards, and manage timely monthly initiative launches.
- For Athlete Experience: Equip the team to offer the highest quality athlete service.
- For Consumer Experience: Lead by example in delivering top-tier sales floor service that brings the consumer journey to life.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service and/or retail preferred.
- Capability to manage a small team effectively.
- Strong communication skills, brand advocacy, and ability to collaborate well with colleagues.
- Proven capacity to employ effective product sales strategies.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the store or department.
- Note: This position does not offer relocation assistance.
