Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out specific duties within the bakery-café such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, or Quality Control.
• Welcome guests warmly and enthusiastically upon arrival.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches carefully and accurately without any assembly line conditions.
• Assist guests across various touchpoints including entry, cashier stations, and dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety by adhering to food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt flexibly with a positive outlook, ensuring excellence for every guest.
• Contribute to team success by performing cleaning and stocking tasks and preparing for upcoming shifts.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Minimum age of 16 years and the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow directions in a busy, noisy environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delighting customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and multitask efficiently.
• Dependability with punctuality and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices, including a Food Handler’s Card if required by law.
• Enjoyment of working with food; prior food service experience preferred but not mandatory.
