Role Overview

As a Restaurant Captain at Grover Sweets, you will be pivotal to delivering an exceptional dining experience by managing guest services and maintaining high standards of fine-dining protocols. Your responsibilities include overseeing waiter teams, ensuring quality control of food and service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and provide personalized attention to enhance their dining experience.
• Oversee order taking and food delivery, ensuring adherence to fine-dining service standards.
• Lead and manage waitstaff by delegating tables, monitoring their performance, and maintaining discipline during shifts.
• Conduct quality checks on food presentation, portion sizes, and service flow prior to serving guests.
• Encourage upselling of chef's specials, signature vegetarian dishes, and premium add-ons to increase sales.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor waiters on proper etiquette, service sequencing, and fine-dining protocols.
• Maintain detailed shift reports, gather guest feedback, and coordinate effectively with kitchen and management teams.

Additional Information

Salary range offered is INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month.
