Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable and meticulous Residential Cleaner to service various residential properties. You will be responsible for cleaning tasks including move-in/move-out cleans, rental turnover, and preparing properties for showings or inspections. This position requires someone professional, detail-conscious, and capable of working autonomously in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning services at residential locations, including move-in/move-out and rental turnover cleanings.
- Carry out comprehensive residential cleaning conforming to company standards, covering kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, appliances, surfaces, cabinets, and fixtures.
- Remove dust, dirt, debris, garbage, and leftover items as needed.
- Wipe surfaces including counters, sinks, mirrors, doors, baseboards, and high-touch areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean inside appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
- Identify spots necessitating extra cleaning, repairs, maintenance, junk removal, or other follow-ups.
- Capture clear before and after photos and videos of each property and the cleaning work completed.
- Provide detailed updates including notes, photos, and videos after every visit.
- Maintain professional communication with tenants, owners, and internal team members.
- Strictly follow company instructions, checklists, access information, and appointment details.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or similar roles.
- Solid understanding of residential cleaning standards.
- Reliable transportation to travel independently between properties.
- Possession of own cleaning tools and supplies for each appointment.
- Use of a smartphone with a high-quality camera (e.g., iPhone 13 or similar) to document work.
- Proficiency in taking clear photos and videos, as well as writing concise notes and submitting timely updates.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Professionalism, punctuality, attention to detail, and respectfulness when interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to accurately follow checklists, instructions, and property access directions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with move-in, move-out, or rental turnover cleaning.
- Familiarity with preparing properties for showings, inspections, or move-in readiness.
- Ability to detect damage, maintenance issues, junk removal needs, pest concerns, access difficulties, or unsafe conditions.
- Background working independently in field roles related to property management, cleaning, maintenance, or home services.
Additional Details
- This role requires reliable transportation and your own cleaning supplies and equipment for each appointment.
- You must have a smartphone capable of high-quality photo and video capture to document work effectively.
- Reporting any property issues or hazards to the relevant team is an essential duty to ensure proper follow-up.
