Residential Asset Manager

About the Role

Our client operates an asset management platform representing overseas investors with a growing portfolio of residential properties across the UK and Europe. They are currently expanding and seek an experienced Asset Manager specializing in the living sector, including Build to Rent (BTR), Private Rented Sector (PRS), and Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA). This role offers the opportunity to join a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial business located in the heart of London's West End during a pivotal growth phase.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies for a portfolio of residential assets situated in the UK and Europe.
• Continuously monitor and analyze financial, leasing, and operational performance relative to established business plans and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with operating partners and property managers to improve asset performance and operational efficiencies.
• Identify, propose, and execute initiatives that enhance asset value and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare comprehensive investor reports and present performance insights along with strategic recommendations.
• Manage capital expenditure projects and oversee the execution of business plan initiatives.
• Provide support for asset acquisitions, disposals, and strategic reviews of the portfolio as required.
• Assist with the operational mobilisation and stability of new or recently acquired assets.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with investors, operators, and external consultants to ensure alignment and performance.
