Role Overview
This position is focused on direct-to-customer sales within the marketing channel (B2C). Selected candidates will receive leads from the company and are tasked with personally engaging with potential customers to explain life insurance solutions and successfully close sales. This role does not involve recruiting agents, advisors, or partners and is distinct from agency hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cold calls using the provided client database.
- Schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Conduct 20 to 23 face-to-face meetings each day across the city.
- Articulate insurance product details and financial solutions effectively to customers.
- Manage all documentation processes and finalize business closures.
- Maintain productivity through consistent sales activity tracking.
