Role Overview
This role is for an experienced sales development leader to manage and expand high-performance SDR and BDR teams across global regions with a home base in Germany. The position blends strategy and hands-on execution, focusing on pipeline growth, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within distributed environments.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee SDR and BDR teams in AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions to ensure the effective implementation of inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Coach and mentor managers to groom future sales leadership and develop standardized frameworks for team performance enhancement.
- Drive a robust multi-million-dollar sales pipeline by adopting best prospecting practices, operational excellence, and process improvements.
- Leverage data analytics and CRM insights to pinpoint areas for performance improvement and ensure consistent pipeline production.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales directors, marketing, and field engineering to align sales development with broader business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth of sales staff while fostering a strong, remote-friendly team culture.
- Innovate outbound strategies responsive to market dynamics and customer demands.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Established history of leading high-performing SDR/BDR or sales development teams, especially within multi-regional or global contexts.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales development with quantifiable pipeline generation accomplishments.
- Experience in managing leadership teams and enhancing managerial capability within sales organizations.
- Proficient use of data, analytics, and CRM systems to optimize forecasting, efficiency, and operational outcomes.
- Strong familiarity with contemporary sales technologies, automation tools, and CRM-based processes.
- Exceptional communication and collaborative skills with a problem-solving mindset suited for cross-functional teamwork.
- Passionate about technology, innovation, continuous learning, and agility in evolving markets.
- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in business, STEM, or related fields.
- Ability to cultivate trust, accountability, and motivation among distributed teams in remote-first settings.
