Role Summary
The Regional Learning & Quality Manager oversees the creation, standardization, and continuous enhancement of Learning & Development and Quality Assurance initiatives across multiple fulfillment centers within the Thrive Market network. This position is responsible for establishing and nurturing systems that increase employee skills, operational accuracy, and consistency in quality, not merely maintaining existing standards but driving ongoing improvements.
This leader manages a distributed Quality team, including Quality Managers and associates spanning up to four sites. While daily quality operations are managed locally, this role sets network-wide program standards, accountability, and governance. Success involves not just auditing but cultivating Quality Managers as effective operators and leaders.
For Learning & Development, site-based trainers deliver training but report outside this position. The manager owns the curriculum, certification criteria, standard operating procedures, and evaluation of training effectiveness, collaborating closely with site and operations leadership to ensure program consistency despite lacking direct authority over training staff.
The role integrates training and quality functions, using quality results to shape training priorities and overseeing up to four fulfillment centers with regular site visits, standardizing processes, and identifying systemic issues before escalation. This position requires capabilities in curriculum development and quality audits, viewing them as interconnected functions.
