Role Overview
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle in the North America process, which includes identifying talent needs, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, selecting suitable hires, and managing the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex recruiting challenges.
- Develop new solutions or adapt existing methods for efficient recruitment.
- Align recruitment activities with strategic goals established by senior leadership.
- Report primarily to a direct supervisor while collaborating with peers and management within Accenture or client organizations.
- Receive guidance on methodologies and procedures for new assignments.
- Make decisions impacting respective teams.
- Lead small teams or coordinate work efforts within the company or client sites.
- Potential requirement to work in rotational shifts.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience (7 to 11 years) in talent acquisition, interview coordination, and candidate management.
- Proficiency with recruiting systems, including Workday Recruiting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build robust client relationships.
- Capability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Adept at managing multiple stakeholders.
- Team-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Applicants must possess a graduation degree from any discipline and meet the experience requirements.
