Role Overview

As a Recruiting Associate, you will be central in creating an efficient, thoughtful, and well-organized hiring experience that spans across many departments including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations. This role demands a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about managing the end-to-end recruitment process and improving workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive interview coordination activities including scheduling and follow-ups.
• Deliver a polished and attentive candidate experience from initial interviews through to hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to maintain search momentum and organization.
• Maintain detailed and accurate recruiting data and candidate information using ATS systems like Ashby.
• Prepare interview documentation, updates, and recruitment health reports.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in recruitment including scheduling and feedback delays.
• Support search health meetings by organizing agendas and tracking action items.
• Design and enhance recruiting processes, workflows, templates, and reports.
• Assist with offer and onboarding processes alongside the People team.
• Act as a reliable operational liaison among candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Highly organized and detail-oriented communicator who thrives under fast-paced, dynamic conditions.
• 1 to 3+ years’ experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or similar high-volume organizational roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrating professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.
• Capable of managing competing priorities across various time zones and quickly adapting to changes.
• Proactive ownership of tasks with good judgment and a bias for clear and prompt action.
• Experience working with various ATS and recruitment tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or Calendly.
• Comfortable establishing efficient but non-bureaucratic processes.
• Genuine interest in technology and building a company focused on AI and computer vision.

Work Environment

Roboflow supports a globally distributed team with hubs in New York City, San Francisco, Brazil, and Singapore. Employees can work remotely, at company hubs, or in coworking spaces. The company provides a $4000 annual travel stipend to facilitate in-person collaboration and offers relocation bonuses.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $75,000 to $95,000 per year, plus equity options.
• Review of compensation bi-annually to remain competitive.

Interview Process

• Initial application review focusing on organization, attention to detail, and candidate empathy.
• 30-minute interview with the hiring manager.
• 45-minute session with People Operations.
• 45-minute discussion with a cross-functional partner or hiring manager.
• Final 60-minute interview focusing on recruitment coordination skills, candidate experience, system knowledge, and process improvement.
