Role Overview
As a Recruiter at General RV Center, you will act as a talent advisor, developing and executing recruiting strategies for various locations and subsidiaries including America's Choice Insurance Partners and Salem Distributors. The role involves sourcing, assessing, and hiring skilled candidates while serving as a trusted partner to hiring teams. You'll build strong relationships, work with universities to create talent pipelines, and influence hiring decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, select, and onboard top talent across 23 locations and company subsidiaries.
- Utilize diverse recruiting tools and techniques beyond traditional posting to attract quality candidates.
- Advise hiring managers and teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Gain deep knowledge of company roles and industry to understand technical and performance requirements.
- Serve as the primary talent subject matter expert for management.
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions to cultivate long-term recruitment pipelines.
- Prepare and present job offers to qualified candidates.
- Support additional HR duties as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least three years of professional work experience; recruitment expertise is preferred but not mandatory as training is provided.
- Proficient in social media usage and quick to embrace new recruiting technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and capacity to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to foster strong connections with internal colleagues and external partners.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
- Hybrid work schedule with two days onsite and three days working remotely.
