Role Overview

A professional real estate agent is needed to join a team in Doha, Qatar, in a full-time field-based position. The role focuses on handling property sales and rental processes from the first client contact through to closing the deal.

What You Will Do

You will support clients in finding suitable properties, arrange and carry out property viewings, advise on pricing and market conditions, manage property listings, prepare required paperwork, negotiate offers and contracts, and coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should be sales-driven, able to build strong relationships, respond quickly to inquiries, and have a solid understanding of the Qatar real estate market. A high standard of service is expected for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Requirements

This position requires an active real estate license in Qatar, prior experience in real estate or sales, strong knowledge of the Doha property market and its key areas, and proven ability in selling, negotiating, and customer service. The role also calls for effective client handling, consistent follow-up, familiarity with real estate listing platforms and CRM systems, excellent organization and time management, fluency in English, and Arabic or another additional language as an advantage. The job is field-based in Doha and suited to someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
