Role Overview
The European campus recruiting team at Susquehanna's Dublin headquarters is expanding and seeks a Quantitative Recruiter. Candidates with a keen interest in mathematical problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. This role involves recruiting top talent for Susquehanna’s Quantitative Research and Quantitative Systematic Trading internship and graduate programs. Responsibilities extend beyond recruitment to supporting summer internship operations and enhancing recruitment methods through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your quantitative knowledge to interview and evaluate campus candidates through questions in probability, statistics, and logic.
- Innovate and scale campus recruiting strategies to attract premier talent from European universities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the hiring cycle.
- Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and on-site program events.
- Use analytical data-driven techniques to refine hiring procedures and decisions.
- Assist in onboarding newly hired candidates and contribute to the administration of summer internships and graduate programs.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, physics, or computer science with coursework in probability, statistics, and combinatorics.
- Familiarity with Excel is preferred; basic programming knowledge is advantageous.
- Eager to learn interview techniques focused on quantitative concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High emotional intelligence paired with a proactive sense of urgency.
- Analytical thinker with strategic planning capabilities.
