Role summary

Insigneo’s AC Global Investment Partners is a boutique advisory and wealth management practice that works with ultra-high-net-worth families, single-family offices, and institutional investors. The team operates from New York and Miami and focuses on OCIO advisory plus active global investment strategies across equities, fixed income, alternatives, precious metals, and thematic ideas.

This full-time Quantitative Analyst position supports a distributed investment team, with primary collaboration across New York and Miami. The role is centered on quantitative research, portfolio construction, and data-driven investment support for global equities, fixed income, precious metals, alternatives, and macro-led thematic strategies.

AC Global Investment Partners is a “doing business as” entity used by Lisandro Chanlatte, an Investment Professional of Insigneo Securities, LLC and Insigneo Advisory Services, LLC, and Carlos Asilis, an Investment Professional of Insigneo Advisory Services, LLC, for their securities and investment advisory activities. It is not itself a broker-dealer or investment adviser and is not under common ownership with Insigneo Securities, LLC or Insigneo Advisory Services, LLC.

What you will do

• Create and maintain analytics tools and data pipelines using Python and/or R.
• Carry out portfolio optimization and asset allocation analysis.
• Track portfolio risk exposures and help interpret them.
• Assist with investment due diligence and historical backtesting.
• Pull monthly account statements and combine client holdings across custodians.
• Reconcile portfolio records against internal platforms, mainly Orion.

Projects you may build

• Macro dashboards and models for risk factors.
• Portfolio optimization and performance attribution tools.
• Automated feeds using Bloomberg, Morningstar, and API-based sources.
• Backtesting systems and AI-assisted research processes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a numerically intensive field such as finance, financial engineering, data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a similar discipline.
• Evidence of strong academic performance and analytical discipline.
• Practical experience working with financial data, especially Bloomberg.
• Strong Python development skills, ideally with pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, and Plotly.
• Ability to work with SQL and manage complex datasets or API-driven data sources.
• Exposure to machine learning, predictive analytics, large language models, or alternative data use cases in investment research is preferred.

Professional development

Interest in, progress toward, or willingness to pursue certifications such as the CFA or other relevant securities licenses is encouraged. The role is intended to provide long-term development exposure in investment management, portfolio construction, and advisory work.
