Quality Management Tamheer Trainee

Overview

We seek a motivated and detail-focused Quality Management Trainee to join our rehabilitation hospital located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This beginner-level role is ideal for individuals eager to improve patient care and safety within a clinical setting. The candidate will undergo an extensive training program to master clinical quality standards, patient safety protocols, and healthcare management systems. This position provides significant practical experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment, enabling direct contribution to clinical excellence and continual enhancement of patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation, execution, and upkeep of clinical quality and patient safety initiatives.
• Complete rotations across clinical and administrative units to gain insight into the patient care process and its quality implications.
• Observe senior clinical and quality management staff to learn healthcare compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making.
• Engage in clinical audits, review patient charts, and gather data to ensure compliance with care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Record and communicate quality and safety incidents and assist in root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with diverse professional teams including doctors, nurses, therapists, and support personnel on quality enhancement projects.
• Contribute to maintaining standards for healthcare accreditation bodies such as The Joint Commission and CARF, alongside other regulatory directives.
• Assist with the collection and evaluation of patient satisfaction and outcome metrics to discern trends and guide quality initiatives.
• Attend educational sessions and workshops focused on healthcare quality, safety, and leadership skill development.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Health Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or clinical specialties like Physical or Occupational Therapy.
