Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join a prominent manufacturing company based in Droitwich. This full-time, onsite role revolves around conducting precise inspections to confirm that components comply with rigorous quality guidelines.
Responsibilities & Skills Required
- Conduct precision measurement checks on components ensuring quality compliance
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, calipers, and gauges effectively
- Maintain a high focus on quality standards and attention to detail
Eligibility and Work Environment
Candidates should have experience in a regulated manufacturing setting and capability in reading detailed engineering specifications.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary of £35,000
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with early finish at 1:00 PM on Fridays
- Entitlement to 25 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays
