Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections following set guidelines, work instructions, protocols, and SAP documentation.
• Perform examinations of materials and products to ensure quality standards.
• Carry out in-process inspections on wound wires and semi-finished products.
• Complete intermediate, in-process, and final inspections on wound wire products.
• Handle complaint inspections under supervisor guidance.
• Manage quality notifications in coordination with supervisors.
• Perform incoming goods inspections for all raw materials supplied.
• Administer qualification tests and issue certificates confirming worker qualifications.
• Adapt and perform tests by modifying established testing methods and procedures as required.
• Prepare complaint reports according to instructions provided.
• Generate detailed inspection reports documenting findings and outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training of at least three years in a relevant field or possess an equivalent qualification attained through other paths.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficient with common MS Office applications and experienced in using SAP software.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Demonstrates commitment, reliability, and independent working style.
