Overview
An immediate vacancy exists for a Quality Assurance Analyst specializing in testing within the Banking Domain for a client based in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for banking platforms.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across banking channels.
- Work collaboratively with product owners, developers, and business teams to confirm that all requirements are addressed and quality standards are achieved.
- Document and manage test cases, test data, and track defects through tools such as JIRA and HP ALM.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in quality assurance focused on banking applications.
- Knowledge and practice in setup validation, parameter configuration, and verifying environment readiness.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking software including JIRA and HP ALM.
- Experience or knowledge of automation tools or scripting is considered favorable.
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication talent, and precise documentation skills.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
