Quality Analyst - Land Development

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Quality Analysts with expertise in land development to join our team in Pune City. This role demands a solid foundation in civil engineering principles coupled with hands-on experience in Civil 3D software and site development projects, primarily in residential and commercial contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of the latest updates in Civil 3D technology and the broader civil engineering discipline.
• Develop comprehensive site and grading plans, pavement designs, pre- and post-condition drainage mapping, and conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for stormwater management.
• Design underground utility plans including water and sewer systems alongside erosion and stormwater control plans, including detention pond designs.
• Work on various land development projects ensuring compliance with client specifications and statutory codes.
• Oversee project timelines and quality to guarantee timely delivery that aligns with client expectations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff and interns.
• Create engineering concept and detailed design plans, maintaining thorough project documentation.
• Offer technical assistance to graduate engineers and lead client meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
• At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience in Civil 3D design.
• Prior involvement with land development projects in the USA market.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
