Role Overview

We are seeking a QA Engineer responsible for maintaining high quality of a sophisticated B2B web platform through both manual and automated testing efforts. This role involves working with extensive product documentation, creating and managing test cases in TestRail, and utilizing advanced QA tools including AI-assisted testing methods within a Node.js environment. The candidate will collaborate closely with developers and product teams, proactively clarifying requirements and independently driving testing workflows to meet tight deadlines and deliver reliable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual testing of features and updates in the B2B web portal.
• Develop and upkeep automated test scripts leveraging Node.js technologies.
• Analyze large amounts of product and business documentation to craft thorough test scenarios maintained in TestRail.
• Plan and execute various testing cycles including functional, regression, and integration tests for a dynamic B2B solution.
• Report, document, and monitor defects, collaborating with developers to ensure resolutions.
• Use contemporary QA and AI-powered testing tools to enhance coverage, speed, and efficiency.
• Proactively question and clarify ambiguous requirements before and during testing processes.
• Independently organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without heavy supervision.
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders for quality assurance of software releases.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong foundation in QA theories and methodologies.
• Proven background testing complex web-based solutions, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with modern QA and AI-augmented testing tools.
• Experience or aptitude to rapidly learn Node.js based testing.
• Ability to interpret extensive documentation and convert it into precise TestRail test cases.
• Excellent self-management skills, ability to independently drive tasks toward completion.
• Collaborative team player who meets tight deadlines with quality outputs.
• Capable of self-prioritization and managing workload with minimal oversight.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience creating or maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Basic SQL skills for data validation and debugging.
