Key Responsibilities

• Execute various forms of testing including functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory on both web and mobile platforms.
• Detect, document, and monitor software defects with comprehensive bug reports.
• Develop, implement, and update test cases, test plans, and QA documentation to ensure thorough coverage.
• Verify new software features, product improvements, and releases prior to their deployment.
• Work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and designers to uphold quality standards.
• Assess test results and provide actionable insights to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
• Support the improvement of QA workflows, testing strategies, and release processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic understanding of software testing principles and quality assurance methodologies.
