The organization manages eight learning centers throughout Bangalore and Kolkata, offering distinct preschool and afterschool programs. These centers are known for their engaging settings, committed teachers, and innovative approaches to educational program design.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver public speaking lessons following an established curriculum.
• Lead various activities including delivering speeches, storytelling, debating, and making presentations.
• Monitor students' development and keep detailed academic records.
• Offer frequent feedback and progress reports to parents and management staff.
• Engage with parents during feedback meetings, workshops, and special events.
• Assist in student trials and enrollment processes in collaboration with the management team.
• Prepare students for performances and competitions.
• Organize rehearsals and take part in events, training programs, and team discussions.

Working Hours and Location

• Commitment of 20 hours weekly, spread over any 5 days (4 hours each day).
• Weekday sessions run from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Weekend sessions run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Classes occur at various learning centers or apartment complexes across Bangalore, with location assignments based on preferences.
