The Public Area Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that all public spaces within the hotel are meticulously cleaned and maintained. The goal is to provide a safe, sanitary, and welcoming atmosphere for guests, visitors, and staff members. This role demands precision, dependability, and the capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain assigned public areas in pristine condition.
• Remain attentive to guest needs and uphold high standards that meet guest expectations.
• Proactively address guest needs to prevent complaints, and promptly relay any guest concerns to the Head or Deputy Head Housekeeper.
• Represent and enhance the hotel's image by acting as an ambassador and promoting the establishment positively at all times.
