Job Overview
Become a vital part of our hotel's mission to provide exceptional hospitality by joining as a Public Area Cleaner. Your role is essential in maintaining the pristine condition of the hotel's public areas while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Duties
- Ensure immaculate cleanliness of public spaces including restrooms, corridors, staircases, elevators, administrative offices, and event venues through routine tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, floor mopping and vacuuming, carpet shampooing, window washing, and trash disposal.
- Engage warmly with guests by greeting them, responding to inquiries, and efficiently addressing their service needs.
- Assist the housekeeping team by supporting guest room cleaning and fulfilling service requests as necessary.
- Undertake specialized cleaning projects periodically such as mattress turning, furniture rearrangement, and floor waxing to maintain high standards.
