About the Role
This position sits within LinkedIn’s global Deal Desk function and focuses on driving proposal work for sales pursuits from start to finish. The role is remote and is expected to be carried out from the approved home work location at the time of hire. If the home location changes later, the remote arrangement must be reviewed and approved again.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the complete lifecycle of pre-sales proposal work, including planning, coordination, drafting, editing, and final delivery.
- Handle responses to proposal requests and bid documents such as RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, PQQs, and similar materials.
- Develop deep knowledge of LinkedIn’s SaaS offerings, including positioning, messaging, technical and product details, competitive context, methodology, and the overall sales offer.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with subject matter experts to create and refresh a shared library of knowledge and reusable content.
- Act as a central contact for proposal support across different time zones and fast-moving sales needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on creative and strategic tasks, including topics that may be outside your usual comfort zone.
What LinkedIn Is Looking For
- At least 4 years of direct experience in similar pre-sales or proposal-related work.
- Availability for an adaptable schedule, including occasional meetings outside standard 9-to-5 hours.
- Background in a SaaS environment is preferred.
- Prior exposure to bid responses, proposal management, or other pre-sales support is preferred.
- Strong writing and editing ability, with the capacity to communicate technical ideas clearly and briefly.
- A strong ownership mindset, with careful attention to detail, reliability on deadlines, and a customer-focused approach.
- Good judgment and the ability to solve problems independently with limited supervision.
- Comfort working under tight timelines and handling several projects at once.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office, OneDrive, Google Suite, Adobe InDesign, and MS Dynamics, plus the ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn products, a second language, and proposal management software are all considered advantages.
- Excellent listening, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, energetic attitude with the ability to deliver results and enjoy the process.

Work Arrangement
This role is remote, based from the approved home work location in India. Any change to that location requires review and approval of remote status.
