Overview
We are recruiting a Project Manager to join the Americas Technology Group (TG) within the Service Enablement Business Partner (SEBP) framework. This role operates on US working hours (9 AM–5 PM EST) and focuses on delivering dedicated project coordination support across key locations including New York (NYO), San Francisco (SFO), and Brazil (BRO). Over time, the role will expand interaction with teams in Singapore (SPO) and London (LDO) to facilitate global project rollouts and coordination.
The main objectives are to boost operational efficiency, speed up issue resolution, and improve alignment between regional business teams and global Technology Group functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as an offshore project manager working aligned with US East Coast hours.
- Provide focused project coordination, tracking, communication, and escalation management for the Americas Technology Group under the SEBP SVP.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams located in New York, San Francisco, and Brazil.
- Deliver structured reporting, maintain project documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Preferably hold PMP certification or an equivalent credential.
- A minimum of 10 years’ diverse project management experience, especially in infrastructure, IT, and security domains.
- Proven expertise in managing RFI/RFP processes, lease contract negotiations, and vendor management related to data center facilities.
- Strong foundation in IT infrastructure including servers, storage, voice communication systems, networking, and cloud integration.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledgeable about IT infrastructure operations, network architecture, and office systems management.
- Aware of regulatory and compliance standards like ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive stance on risk management.
- Capable of leading cross-functional teams and juggling multiple priorities in tight deadlines.
