Project Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead major villa construction projects located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have extensive experience handling multiple villa development projects and in-depth knowledge of Tunnel Formwork and Aluminium Formwork systems. This position demands solid leadership and strategic planning abilities to deliver projects with punctuality, safety, financial control, and superior quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of villa construction projects from planning to execution.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project milestones to guarantee delivery on time, within budget, and within defined scope.
• Enforce adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and legal regulations.
• Identify potential risks in projects and develop strategies to mitigate them promptly.
• Prepare and deliver consistent progress updates to senior leadership and other key parties.
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering growth and ensuring achievement of project goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 15 years’ experience managing construction projects.
• Demonstrable expertise in managing large villa construction undertakings.
• Hands-on experience with Tunnel Formwork and Aluminium Formwork technologies is essential.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities along with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management principles.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is preferable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be considered an advantage.
